We are pleased to introduce Andrius Bakštonas, who has joined Svydis Group team in July 2022 after more a two-year break. Andrius brings 20 years of experience and expertise in strategy, business development, marketing and operations to the role. "First of all, I would like to thank our shareholders for their trust and giving me the opportunity to develop and expand this business in all markets. Of course, a big advantage is that I know the specifics of this business and personally know many members of our team. We will need to quickly strengthen the structure in each department and ensure effective communication between all structural units. Teamwork and 100% engagement from everyone is among my priorities in working with a team. I also hope to improve relationships with our suppliers and partners and provide to our customers with more tangible added value by working with us. It is also especially important to responsibly assess the current market situation and purposefully expand the business using the existing potential in all segments. Good luck to all of us!"
